CHALLENGE:
MICC is a nonprofit working to transform the lives of individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder and learning differences. They had experienced rapid growth and were working from a variety of disparate offices and residences when they were approached by a developer about forming a partnership to build a purpose-built facility to meet MICC's needs. MICC's board and leadership were stuck in a circular conversation about whether to move forward with the project and/or partnership. C&W was brought in to facilitate the conversation and move the stakeholders towards a decision.

RESULTS:
• Conducted personal interviews of all stakeholders to gain situational awareness.
• Lead board level discussion that addressed concerns and created alignment around priorities.
• Facilitated creation of project charter and guiding principles.
• Helped both MICC and the developer to understand each other's objectives and created an agreement to move the project forward.
